Your Trusted Partner for Abatement in Any Building
Lead is particularly prevalent in older buildings or in older building materials like paint, insulation, floor tiles, roofing, and siding. Bold’s technicians have the certification and experience to safely abate and mitigate these environmental hazards, including buildings that might also require special considerations due to their age and historical significance..
How Does Lead Abatement Work?
Lead abatement services include containing the area and any materials considered an asbestos hazard with a process called encapsulation. Specialized sheeting will protect the work area and prevent lead particulates from entering the air. For disposal of lead, it will be encapsulated with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-approved sheeting and taken to a specially dedicated landfill.
