How Does Lead  Abatement Work?

Lead abatement services include containing the area and any materials considered an asbestos hazard with a process called encapsulation. Specialized sheeting will protect the work area and prevent lead particulates from entering the air. For disposal of lead, it will be encapsulated with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-approved sheeting and taken to a specially dedicated landfill.
