Drones

Real-time disaster response requires real-time data. With a thorough understanding of current job-site updates, we have an enhanced ability to keep all projects on track. In just a fraction of the time, a drone can gather better visual data than a traditional surveyor walking on foot. Drones improve progress tracking and increase the ability to circumvent potential challenges, reducing/eliminating future costs and delays.  By providing a birds-eye view of job sites, materials, machinery, and people, drones give an improved approach to construction measurements that has yet to be replicated at the same caliber.

3D Scanning Technology

Aerial imagery

BOLD leverages autonomous drones and damage detection software to get the best geospatial data available, resolving claims with greater efficiency and accuracy. Thermal Imaging (external): By attaching thermal imagery hardware to a drone, we accurately capture thermal differences in the exterior envelope of a structure to assist in damage assessment.

Using our team of Xactimate experts, we provide highly technical estimates of damages for all mitigation, restoration, and construction. No matter what type of repair estimating is needed, Xactimate has the features and data to make the job faster and more detailed than it ever has been before.

Thermal Imaging

We capture and detail moisture below a surface by using thermal imagery hardware. With thermal images these tools generate, we can better detect water damage, reducing unforeseen conditions and later requests for more abatement. Finding leaks or water damage before mold has a chance to grow and spread can save time and money.
